I'm a software guy who likes solving problems for our industry. I'm starting this thread hoping you might share with me the business problems you face every day. I'm not looking for the big ones like our programming costs are growing too fast or our customers are moving to Netflix. Those are world hunger sized items a bit of software can't solve. I'd like to know the problems you face that are the menial pain in the behind kinds of things that some form of automation might help you with. I'm sure that you, like me, have a few that you have to deal with every day. If you wouldn't mind please take a minute of your time and let me know what you think.
