Yes I can understand why you left its freezing there I worked thru the middle 80s doing installs then contruction from 89 till 93 I think.We did a huge fiber job and also huge 860 overlash build before that.I heard there may be alot of fiber going on somewhere around rochester and buffalo.Im just an old climber from way back when.
