Can someone please advise on an easy to use tracking program for pieces received from the client, scanned out to a tech, able to search for a status, have a "tech buffer", an edit field to enter an account number for an installed piece. Basically a complete disposition of a received piece from one status to another, be able to run reports, for a reasonable cost. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all!
