Best ribs I ever bought, The Shed Ocean Springs Miss. Best brisket was a tie Baltimore or Statesville N.C. but that all was ketchup based. Best pork butt comes from my smoker! MUSTARD base . Texas guys thought they had something til  I got there and showed up. Look in hist .book BBQ started in SC
