Re: DTA Projects ?

We've been told directly from Charter that - (*) If a drop needs to be replaced in order to get signal up to par for the box to work properly then we get paid for replacing that drop. The same goes with outlets. (*) If we get to a home that is not pulled to power, yet the signal is good, we can call in an SRO for someone to come out at a later date to pull to specs. (*) All tags need to be updated as well as charter approved fittings. (*) On the signal aspect , we are only responsible for the outlet(s) we are working with. If we get to a home and the existing DVR has bad signal, then we are not responsible for bringing it up. If we get to a home and the back bedroom needs a box then we ARE responsible for that outlet. ----- So your no extra charge theory is inaccurate. This coming right from the horse's mouth at the Charter meeting this past Thursday.
