Sometimes the local telco will be selling off older units. Check around and see if there are any around. You might also try to see if any dealerships around you handle fleet accounts and if they do, see if they have any lease trade-ins that have come in recently. The lease trade-ins are often pretty heavily depreciated and don't cost much.
