And therein lies the problem. Rules for conduct should be clearly written as to not leave it up to some person with possible control issues to make them up as they go along on a case to case basis when they are having a bad day.
What next, ban wearing t-shirts with the American flag on it so as not to offend the children of illegal immigrants who attend the same school?
Laws and rules must be written in clear and resounding definition so as not to be left open to interpretation for others to bend to their agenda.
