honestly, I find no shortage of idiots on both right and left. the powers given to the federal government are specifically enumerated in the CONSTITUTION. if you can't find the power there, the federal government doesn't have the power. ifs you want to claim the federal government can do something, you better bring a specific reference to the Constitution in order to get me to see things your way. ALL rights belong to the individual first.
