Also you made a very important point the cards have to be provisioned for load balancing and combined in a manner where the nodes/modems can look at both forwards and return ports to even lock on. And you are right,this has been hell for four days now till I struggled upon the answer today and even thats half ass as the modems now take an hour to lock on.
