I wasn't saying you're a control freak, I completely understand enforcing the contractual agreement. I was just wondering why the contract stipulates a way to get the job done, it is usually left up to the contractor to present a completed project. Are you finding there is less damaged fiber by blowing it in?
And you're right I've seen the idiots with the rope wrapped around the back hoe tire using it as a winch.
