Working a collection project in Baltimore. When up to apartment to call on non-pay and could hear screams and shouting from apt next door. The woman's screaming made the hair stand up on my arm. The man was hollering, call the cops bitch I am going to kill you. I processed outside and called 911 and explained what I heard and gave address.
Last night while watching news they showed the complex and reported the woman was murdered. They got the guy in custody. Another crazy but sad day in the CATV business.
