Frank:
Comcast does have properties in in Orlando and the Beverly Hills-Inverness areas of Florida as well as Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Naples and the east coast. They aquired Adelphia properties which were originally Telesat systems (overbuilders) back in the late 90's, early '00's.
I don't know who their current construction contractors are, but the Orlando office should be able to help in that regard.
