You better have a hell of alot of start of capital if you want to be a prime. 90% of the MSOs want majority if not all employee base, they want company trucks, meters, sniffers, the list goes on and on. Not to mention the staff and employee taxes. Its not as easy as just calling a MSO and getting a contract and its no where near as rewarding as it used to be unless your running a rather large operation as a Prime.
