The contractor is telling you to false bill. He's telling you to hang your drop and then call and create one for the neighbor. Problem is, when you go to one in a back yard, it's way too much of a pain in the ass to trot next door to tear down their drop. Some guys just make it look better and tag it. Call it in and they have a w/o. I guess if you can make your day that way then so be it. Once they get caught then nobody will be paid. I left. It;s like a rat race over there. I am three hours away and doing much better here doing retail DTV. It's easier to make 2000 plus a week here than running around breaking my 28 off for every job and tearing my truck up over a drop. Best of luck to them.
