I gotta agree with the hourly thing. I wouldn't start an FNG on piece rate especially at 40% that seems kinda high to me to chase him around all day answering questions, chasing loose set screws, blown fuses, equipment too close to the pole, all the crap rookies do especially with no lineman experience.
