Talked to the BigDuck

I talked to Whitfield the other day . He said he had been through hell in the last few years. Said he was getting back in the business after a year off after his woman died of cancer. Sounded real good. He said if I posted this I would probably be barred from here like he is. I said oh well I've read here for years just never joined or offered an opinion. I guess if mentioning someones name causes me to lose my membership I guess I won't buy a premier membership . I read Jerrys stories from 1996 some I liked some were crazy as hell. He was often times too long winded ,but you didn't have to read what he wrote. He told me he contacted the owner of this site and the owner holds a gruge against him for some reason . All I can tell the owner is I don't know you and don't have anything against you . I've known whitfield for a long time and the man would give you the shirt off his back ,just like my old friend Ricky Spickett ,God rest his soul. To admin I can't tell you to allow Jerry back , but if I had to vote on it I'd say he has my vote to allow him back. I think with a failed marriage and the loss of his woman he's been through enough . I know he misses this place and his trouble making years are behind him. We both started in this industry in 1979 and thats just a few days ago. I wish him the best and would hire him in a heartbeat if I was hiring. This is the only time I'll ever speak of him ,just think he deserves another chance here. Ricky Lee Taylor
