Anyone know who the big wig is for contractors with charter?
We made contact with Suffolk, VA Charter and they had us put together a package but the one above him said they did not need anyone (contractors)[lol...since the local guy was estatic about getting a company that could do it all] so I am trying to work up the chain but having no luck with the numbers I have. [Should I have expected otherwise...the St louis office has tried to help but apparantly they do not know of any chain of command]
Phone numbers and names would be great....Looking to be a prime in the SE VA market.
