I just got on this broadband, wish I wouldve known before. Got some good info in here. Anyway I hope its not too late but as a 1099 cable tech Ive recieve no less then 18.27, now they paying 22.50, during the recovery storm we were getting 30.00. Thats for the techs not the owner whos making the bids. They of course will get more, add at least 20% on top of that. so you looking at 6.00 for each drop a tech does. 10 tech, 5 drops ea a day x 6.00 you made 300.00 a day just in drops and you aint even put the ladder up :O) By the way Im a female tech, no mind getting dirty.
