I have been in the industry for over 25 year's. Charter is by far the worst MSO out there period.
They have the worst plant the worst customer service and they expect any ccontractors to pass a crimshield back ground check and they go all the way back to your 18th birthday.
CHARTER SUCKS !!!!!!
