You hit the nail on the head. It's just like the pay. A man used to be able to support his family and live. Then they started cutting rates and adding to the scope of work and the industry as a whole took it and didn't stand up. Now look at where we are some of these companies don't pay at all and the others don't pay worth a damn! But, we keep taking it!!!!
