I see your in Calif. Try removing a port cap to allow the heat to escape in the hot days of summer. It works. Just don't forget it's open when the rains come. If they ever do. You can also try replacing the power pack. There is a thermal switch in the power packs that could be faulty. One other thing. If the nodes powering is set for 60v and you hit it with 90v, it will over heat.
