In many cities? I only know of a very few. What city are you refering to? Whats the name of the MSO? Manager? I have dealt with this company several times and have been treated fairly. Now I have seen some fly by night techs that do shabby work, thinking they are glorified, get weeded out. Maybe your just a crappy tech who doesnt know how to bill properly, because I have never seen a chargeback from them. And since you cant give any specifics...
