since you were working under a bogus name and wernt badged for that sat company i wonder if you have any case at all......if they cant pay you what does that say about their financial condition?   you could try putting mechanics liens on the jobs you wernt payed for doing......and as far as that background crap goes a company cant have a blanket we wont hire you because of a felony policy you should let the eeoc know what they are doing and depending on the age of the crime and in some states they can only report crimes 7 years back
