Were you paid by them at all?    If so after you file your small claims case against them and win by default , because they won't show up,  you can move to file garnishment on their bank account(s) if you have the bank info from the check or direct deposit numbers.         Good luck takes awhile to get through all the court stuff but keep at it , never give up.  It's your money.
