If you've been involved with her for 2 years, and she isn't willing to relocate with you, and give it a chance somewhere else, it's probably for the best that you end it.
How far are you talking about having to move? A few hours? A couple thousand miles?
Ask her to come visit you for a week, and see if it's somewhere she might want to move to.
In relationships, someone always has to make compromises for the other person. Sometimes man for woman, sometimes woman for man. Again, if she's unwilling to make a change to be with you when you're doing what you think you must do, she's not the one for you.
