No.     in order to get backcharge they have to pay you first and then charge you back.  At the end of the year your taxes will show all your earnings including chargebacks as earnigs,  you will have to write it as loses.  But this is only for 1099,  as  employee you cant write it down as loses, so    they just dont pay you for what they call a defective product.   just like in a factory they pay minimun wage PLUS  production   not  just  one or the other.   ??????   If you are w2 and getting backcharge they are treating you like a contractor
