Most Good Samaritan laws not only protect against law suits, but also state if you have the ability to try and save someone and don't you can be held accountable, by civil. and in some cases criminal law. If I had been the employee giving CPR, I would have ignored the A-Hole, let them fire me, and went before a jury with the victim's family with law suit of my own.
