I am trying to do QAM on the cheap for our small system and purchased a few used D9477.  I have set them up in standalone, and passthrough mode, but I have a few questions as I don't have much info on ASI or QAM.

If I receive 6 channels in SD from a receiver and send them to the ASI port, how do I assign the QAM channel #?  We have analog channels 4,5,7 etc and I want the digital channels to be 104,105,107 (even though we will be sending it out on analog 71/507Mhz).  Does anyone have a technical manual?  I was able to print out the help commands.

Where could I obtain a DNCS?  Is it possible to set up a powerkey system and set tops for cheap?
