Just lowered their pay and they do Direct Sat installs too. Chargebacks still exist. They charged me back for tech not on site when the jobs were cancelled while I was at the customers house due to NLOS and landlord restrictions. Charge backs are taken out before you get paid for the job. Hell, in those cases, even if you didn't do the job.
