I been doing CATV for 32 years. I am a employee with some companies and I get paid by the hour doing withholding for USA. @ the same time I work as a contractor with employees and run my company @ the same time. Every year the tax man is paid & I am paid. All contracts are @ will for each party. If I don't like it the way it is I can walk away anytime. This works as well for the other party. There is a deference between contracting and being an employee. You can get a bad deal either way. When the situation is not what would be best for you don,t do it.
