stealthware and windows 7???

i did some research on the net and found a post from here that was vague, i guess due to someone thinking they deserved the info, well im asking...any help, or just go buy a refurbished xp laptop. I would have thought jdsu would have upgraded the software, since xp is old, maybe a patch, well thanks in advance
