It could be anything,best way to trouble shoot is pull the return pads one at a time from each leg,to fine the leg with the problem try not to pull the power off it in most cases you'll only scare it away. I've found noise like that to be any where from a loose drop connector end of line term. or squirrel chewed drops. Good Luck
