I worked in Central Florida about 9yrs ago, and there was one street that for some reason they put the taps real high up. Every guy i had refuse to do that street, because they said they couldn't reach. So i had to go out and show them how an old cable dawg did it....back the truck up to the pole, put the ladder on the tailgate, climb to the last rung, and belt-off. Job Complete!!!
