Good company to work for if you are willing to do it the way they want. No bs on pay its piece work with overtime they take all your piece work added up divide it by 40  hours and that is your hourly wage and what your ot is based on. Company truck and all. Other guy is right about fuel. They are a growing outfit with a lot of opportunity. Like I said the tqa is tough but once you know how they want it done the choice is yours on that. Work is divided up decent and you get your share if you earn it. I have been with them almost a year and have had no major issues. I dont always agree with everything but they will listen to your concerns and ideas.
