Is this problem systemwide or isolated to one or two power supplies? Goodsky gives good advice for rule-of-thumb. Do the math and see what you come up with. Another possibility, although unlikely, is the power company is having voltage drop during the heat of the day. The power company may have an overloaded system, which is causing your system to run below the appropriate voltage. Another possibility, if the situation is limited, is the transformer feeding your PS is overloaded, if the secondary feeds more than your PS. Start running tests when the voltage drops. See what you have coming in to your PSs. If OK, then you have a problem on your system. Hard to tell at this point without some good field data. Bad PS, bad power inserter, overloaded PS, bad cable, bad fittings, bad (fill in the blank).
