Re: mastec and six week hold

went 6 weeks on a fairfax /cox up grade  12 weeks in ran out of equip to put in. cox was out of equip. Left on out, got all checks but the last and never saw the 10% holdback on the 12 weeks , Contractor out of ohio, job in Va. I,m in north Alabama is it worth it,
