 Nightlife...I agree with you completely.  I think if a "chargeback" is inappropriate or unfair then as an owner I have to back up my guys and eat it then go argue with the Cable/Satco about the reasonableness of the chargeback (usually a useless argument).   Using your $50k analogy a Tech needs to bill about $375 - $400 a day to be sure of earning a grand in a five day week.  Do you think that is unreasonable?
