I wish the guy that I am going to work for today would read this.
He is am underground contractor and when he does arial work has no clue on some safety issues.
He often hires someone TOTALLY GREEN and puts them on the road to direct traffic through busy intersections, around curves, and at bottom of hills and don't understand my concern when I tell him that we need an EXPERIENCED MAN to flag traffic. He thinks that is a waste of man power to have an experienced man flag traffic.
It is better to have 6 men do what he calls a 2 man job, than only have 4 men come home to their familys at the end of the day.
