I do agree its and additional outlet and it really should be custom.. though I dont mind it being payed as a reciever. The secon line really shouldnt b charged if the cumulative is less then 125 ft.. If the dvr doesnt work we arent doing our job.. I do know of folks charging added cabling for the second line.
