JS Const has the right solution. If you can find one anymore a handheld AM transistor radio with a retractable antenna works well. Tune it to a quiet area around 600 Kc and ride down the street. As the static gets louder you are getting closer. There are meters available from 3M and some other companies but they can get pricey. Even the FCC recommends the AM radio trick. If you are good with antennas you can make a directional loop and pinpoint it a little better but that can get complicated too. Kinda like finding signal leakage. Best bet is to just find the general area and let the power company find it from there. You don't want to be poking around power with an antenna.
