Workmen's Comp Costs

How much are you guys paying or having withheld for Workmen's Comp?  Whats the going rate for an installer or say a splicer?  I've been pricing it and the way the work has been, I don't see how anybody affords it.  Any tricks or loopholes to save money?  Any help would be appreciated.
