I did underground construction with them, as an employee not contractor, from 1981 to 85 in Arlington Hts. Il. and Waldorf MD. Allways pay'd on time and with T&E tax free. I think I stopd working for them when they stop'd doing underground constr. But that is when, if you knew something, you were treated some respect. Good Luck..
