True, but it's all about expectations, once they have been told this it is expected. I am getting alot of people wanting "free" mirrors. ie. one dual tuner hooked up to 5 tvs.  The sales reps have actualy been telling customers that we would hook up Netflix for them. Don't forget removing all the previous equipment and hooking up the DVD, surround sound system..
