Then there is the sub that calls in and says "i just got a new computer, i dont know how to hook it up".....CSR keys a trouble call for HSD out
Same thing, but a new TV....CSR keys cable out.
I once asked a CSR about all this as I was installing their cable, and she said that it is just eaiser to get them off the phone and have the techs deal with it...WONDERFUL!!!!!
