You are kidding right? What is the problem here? What is wrong with an aluminum ladder? I don't see it being used in an unsafe fashion. Infact, it looks like all the proper proceedures have been followed. Looks like a 32+ footer and you don't want a fiberglass one.Aluminum is fine for the house side. Nothing wrong with it. There are times a taller ladder is needed. I remember a 40 footer was needed once and I got it from the cable co who had it for just such installs.
