That sucks.... one time we hung a reel of fiber from a pole. framed the pole and put up two f-arms then laid the reel down on it then tied the reel off to the pole. pole wasnt stepped, came back the next morning and the reel was gone. no matter how safe you think a reel is, if someone wants it its gone.
