you hit the nail on the head there.....I call every customer when I am in route.....I left a voicemail at my 9-11 at 930am, told them I was on the way, I got there at 945am, nobody was there, so I tagged the door, called dispatch, gave a discription of the house, and left.  The customer called me on my cell at 830pm (I guess they got my number from their caller ID) and said "I am home now"  I replied with "so am I", long story short the customer called and complained and got a month free.....
