You had the fiber tied off going down the line, but not going down the pole to the reel. Just a precautionary measure, so, if someone or something pulled on the fiber from the ground, you don't run the risk of damaging the fiber where it is tied off going down the line. Shit does happen. Not being a smart ass or critic, just passing along a little helpful info.
