You can see it the other way around too, how many times does a Technician arrive at 10:30am for a 8:30-11:00 call only to find no one at home, then at 4:45pm customer calls in and makes him return? Customers have gotten spoiled and you will NEVER satisfy them, worked alot better when there was am's and pm's only. just my opinion.
