Man I gotta say I was out with a trainee who had a heart attack up on the ladder he was tied and I had him on the ground in a little over 2 minutes, he was just below the strand when it happened damn jackass from fire department said "you should have left him up there until we got here, we are trained for this." My witty reply, then why the hell did it take you 15 minutes to get here, from 5 blocks away?? My trainee is alive and stringing cable today because I got him down and performed cpr...
